That Foodie Xo was born at the start of the pandemic, during a time when the world slowed down, and everyone was searching for ways to stay connected. What began as a creative outlet to stay busy during lockdown quickly turned into something much more meaningful.

For the past five years, Xochitl has been crafting beautiful, thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards designed to bring people together.
